Righthaven Wrong

A company formed to abuse the abusive copyright regime has run afoul of the law, and nearly gone out of business.  Their business model was to suppress bloggers referring to Stephen's media newspaper articles in their blog posts.  Courts have decided it is too outrageous and ruled against the bad guys for once. As one commenter noted, t satisfy counterclaim judgements Stephen's media may have to sell its copyrighted properties to cover the judgments.  Condign!

Now if the courts would just nail Nathan Myhrvold and his evil machinations.
